Our Loughborough based client is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to assist in the running of the finance function. Suitable candidates will need to be either part-qualified or qualified ACCA / CIMA/ ACA and have experience in managing a finance team. You will report to the Head of Finance and support in the following areas.

•Preparation of the monthly management / financial accounts and monthly reporting
•Ensuring that year-end accounts are prepared to agreed timetable in a form suitable for audit.
•Liaising with auditors and answering their questions in a timely and accurate fashion.
•Ensuring control of all bank accounts including foreign currency transactions
•Balance sheet accounts are reconciled to the nominal ledger on a monthly basis with schedules made available one week after the management accounts pack.
•Fortnightly meetings to ensure that debt recovery is kept focused and reporting on the findings to the Head of Finance.
•Preparation of the fixed asset register
•Production of the annual budgets and cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet forecasts.
•Manage the payroll team


Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
